Queen Bee Marketing, LLC is the hive of marketing activity that began in April of 2015 under the leadership and ownership of Debbie Reardon, the Queen Bee herself.
With over 30 years of local and national television marketing experience, numerous awards including an Emmy and overseeing budgets in the millions of dollars, Debbie built her hive permanently in the Roanoke market after a decade as acting Vice-President of Creative Services and News for the Grant Group of Stations, encompassing 12 different TV stations in 5 states.
With connections still within the marketing world in New York, Los Angeles, London and most importantly in the Roanoke/Lynchburg DMA, Debbie uses her connections to help achieve the highest level of marketing excellence possible, all within a very reasonable budget.
What makes her so effective is that Debbie has been on both sides of the bargaining table; knowing how the industry works both ways. An invaluable tool for negotiating.
Lisa A. Uhl founded Buzz Marketing Company (previously L2 Media Services) in 2015. Buzz Marketing Company is a business focused internet marketing agency helping clients increase brand awareness and increase profitability through website design, social media management, and Search Engine Optimization. In addition, Buzz Marketing Company offers additional operations consultation, customer experience consulting, and event management. In 2017, Buzz Marketing Company began a partnership with Queen Bee Marketing to bring more comprehensive services to our clients.
With over 20 years in relationship management, a Masters in Corporate and Professional Communication and additional experience in Public Relations. Social Media Management, Business Operations and Event Management, Lisa is known not only for her expertise in marketing but in how marketing plays a role in business. She has worked for several companies in the initial stages to make them profitable and onboarded staff to continue profitability and sustainability in a changing environment. Her social media work has led to grant funding and increased sales nationally.
